Samvidhan Pe Charcha 2025

We are glad to be a part of Samvidhan Pe Charcha 2025, organized by Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat in association with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices and NC Legal: Advocates & Solicitors, held from 11th to 14th September 2025.

The event was a remarkable platform for legal thought leadership through Moot Court Competitions, intensive workshops, and insightful PU Talks, all centered on constitutional values and governance.

On Day 1, as part of PU Talks, the session “The Vision and Overview of the Constitution” featured an enlightening discussion with HMJ Indira Banerjee, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India. The session was thoughtfully moderated by Ms. Komal SIngh, Associate Partner at NC Legal, who steered the conversation with depth and clarity.

The discussions explored how constitutional principles—justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity—continue to guide governance, protect rights, and shape India’s democratic ethos. The session provided participants with insights into the Constitution’s role in addressing contemporary challenges and nurturing civic responsibility.
